Nature of Product

Moh Kaya sells perishable food products made fresh weekly.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before Wednesday cutoff (before batch production begins).

Refund Eligibility

Refunds applicable only if:

• Product arrives damaged

• Wrong product delivered

• Order not delivered

Customers must notify within 24 hours with photo proof.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Improper storage

• Taste preference

• Delays caused by incorrect address

Refund Process

Refunds processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method.
